Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sooshie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sooshie is a product of Our Children International Corp, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Subscription revenue supports our charitable mission.

2. Description of Service

Sooshie is a social media scheduling and publishing platform. We provide tools to compose, schedule, and publish posts to connected social media accounts on your behalf. The Service may include free and paid tiers with different feature limits.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or API keys with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including content published through the Service.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload, or publish through Sooshie. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g., publishing posts to your connected accounts).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the terms of the social media platforms you connect. You must not attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer its systems, or use it for unauthorized automated access beyond the provided API.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Sooshie integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, rate limits, or content policies that may affect the Service.

7. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Our Children International Corp. Subscription fees support the operation of Sooshie and the charitable programs of Our Children International.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Sooshie available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sooshie and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed or delayed post publishing, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your account.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your workspace settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
