How to Delete Your Data
If you connected a social media account to Sooshie and want your data removed, you can do so in the following ways:
Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)
- Log in to your Sooshie account at sooshie.app/login.
- Go to Accounts in the sidebar.
- Click the account you want to disconnect and confirm the disconnection. This removes the stored OAuth tokens and account data from our systems.
- To delete your entire Sooshie account and all associated data, go to Settings and select Delete Workspace.
Option 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to your account or prefer to have us handle it, send an email to privacy@sooshie.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Sooshie account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your data, we remove the following:
- Your social media account connection details and OAuth tokens
- Posts created and scheduled through Sooshie
- Media files uploaded to Sooshie
- Publishing logs and activity history
- Your user profile and workspace membership
Content that was already published to third-party social media platforms is not affected — you must delete that directly on each platform.
Facebook Users
If you connected your Facebook account to Sooshie, you can also remove the app from your Facebook settings:
- Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find Sooshie and click Remove.
This revokes Sooshie's access to your Facebook account. To also delete data stored on our side, follow Option 1 or Option 2 above.
