Sooshie is operated by Our Children International Corp, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Revenue from Sooshie subscriptions directly supports our mission to provide vital services to children and communities in need. By using Sooshie, you're not just managing your social media — you're making an impact.
2. Data We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed via Supabase Auth). If you connect a social media account, we store the OAuth tokens required to publish on your behalf. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and scheduling activity to improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to operate Sooshie, including scheduling and publishing posts to the social media platforms you connect, processing payments through Stripe, sending transactional emails (e.g., password resets and billing receipts), and improving our product based on aggregated usage patterns.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate Sooshie: social media platforms (to publish your posts), Stripe (to process payments), Supabase (database and authentication hosting), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
5. Cookies
Sooshie uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypting data in transit via TLS, hashing passwords, and storing OAuth tokens securely. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also disconnect social media accounts and delete your Sooshie account from your workspace settings.
